MEET THE TEAM

Lindsey Ryland
Registered Social Worker
Lindsey recognizes that taking that first step often comes with a mix of hope, hesitation, and uncertainty. She prioritizes
creating a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and able to show up as they are.Her approach is relational and grounded in authenticity. Lindsey shows up in a steady, genuine way and creates space for clients to do the same. She works with clients to better understand the patterns they’ve developed over time, especially the ones that once served a purpose but now feel limiting or disconnected from who they are becoming. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and focused on
creating meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.Lindsey integrates emotion-focused and cognitive approaches to help clients better understand their patterns and emotional experiences. She also uses Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support trauma processing, helping clients work through difficult experiences in a way that connects understanding with emotional impact, especially when they are ready to move beyond talking about their patterns and engage more deeply with what they’ve been
carrying.Lindsey works with teens (15+) and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and self-doubt. She also supports families experiencing miscommunication, conflict, or a sense of disconnection that feels difficult to shift. Before entering private practice, Lindsey worked in community mental health with children, adolescents, and families, supporting a wide range of complex emotional and relational needs. She
also brings four years of experience working with families impacted by dementia.Lindsey has specialized training in:
• Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
• Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
